Project Type
Flat roof dormer to main house and back addition,
two bedrooms / bathroom.
Project Description
This conversion can only be achieved in a terraced
house with high ceilings to the first floor (2.6 meters) and a minimum
or 2.2 meters from the ceiling rafters to the top of the ridge on
the back addition roof. We achieved two bedrooms and a bathroom
by forming a flat roof dormer to the main part of the house as in
case study 01. Then forming a joining dormer over the back addition
to create the second bedroom / double wardrobe.
